nana the day ufell to sleep my heart fell to pieces nana it felt like my whole world fell apart. grandad was finding it to hard to be without you so a few months later he joined u in heaven. i never stop thinking about u both how much you mean too me and our family how much we love you both soo much.takecare of each other untill we meet again...i love you always xx
